The room was well-kept, I had such great experience.

The breakfast was satisfactory and had plenty of options. The stuff was so very friendly, and the service was GREAT. Near a tube station, the location was unbeatable and magnificent, near centre of Bilbao. There was café Kikarea Coffee & Bakery, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Very good hotel with friendly staff and comfortable room. The location is good, close to a pedestrian passage. I was very pleased with the hotel.

The restaurant produced fairly good food.

I had booked a triple room as I was travelling with my wife and daughter. I appreciate that in most hotels a triple is a double with an additional cot bed added. However, in the Zenit there was literally no room between the beds; it was almost a triple bed. Further, between the cot bed and the wall there was no space either. Overall, the room was incredibly cramped.
